Ms. Fanghua Jiang
Over time, Ms. Jiang held senior positions with various firms in the USA, including JP Morgan and Paloma Partners. She retired from being an investment professional as a Partner at Global Endowment Management LP, an investment company based in Charlotte, NC. She co founded Fudan Fuzhong Overseas Foundation in 2006 and has been serving as the President since its inception. In July, 2008, Ms. Jiang relocated to Shanghai with her family and created the Children’s Cooperation Center to promote children’s character education in China. Ms. Jiang is the Director for LongFeiFei Youth Summer Camp (www.longfeifei.com) and Golden Eaglet Youth Winter Camp (www.chujinying.com); she established the Shanghai Theater Academy Children’s English Theater Program and Golden Eaglet Children’s Liberal Arts Program.
Ms. Jennifer Johnson
Jen Johnson is a doctoral candidate in English Education at Teachers College, Columbia University where she is also an adjunct professor, holds a graduate research fellowship with the Institute for Urban and Minority Education, and is the founding director of the Teachers College, Columbia University Debate Institute. For over 13 years Johnson has coached for some of the top debate team in the United States and for eight years she directed two Urban Debate Leagues, supporting debate programs in seven school districts. For her related work in Hip-Hop Debate she was a finalist in 2013 for the NYC My Voice, Our City competition; the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King County Executive Awards for Excellence in Hip Hop in 2008; and the NYU Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship in 2009. She holds a Master of Arts in Media, Culture and Communication from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
